Challenge

The first objective of this nationwide project was to organize and manage the gathering of information with access from mainland Portugal and Islands. It was vital to enable the regional associations to have autonomy in issuing permits and create automatic enrollment of athletes.

Solution

With this system, the Portuguese Federation of Skating (Federação Portuguesa de Patinagem), manages, among other things, the registrations from thousands of athletes and non-athletes, transfers between clubs and / or associations, the many price scales, the medical records of athletes, as well as disciplinary actions on a national and regional level. The annual ID cards for Athlete cards are also issued and printed from this system.

The athletes information is organized and structured in easily usable ways. Management of sporting events, issuing weekly reports for the press with information about rankings, top scorers, disciplinary actions, and all the championships.

A well-planned tool in continuous growth and evolution for over 10 years.
