Challenge

Implement a solid, multi-platform (Mac and PC) accounting system that processed all the accounting and tax information for the Pix Mix group. Integration with autonomous rental of audiovisual equipment and advanced budgeting for advertising and films.

Solution

With this system, Pix Mix, manages all their business accounting, issuing documentation to customers (invoices, credit notes and debit), as well as searching the current accounts of customers and suppliers. The system calculates wages for their employees, with variations of subsidies, premiums, and various exemptions from Social Security. This system allows the development of several Journals, as well as the issue of balance sheets. The automatic processing of Social Security, IRS, VAT, salaries, transfers and insurance, allow better control of payments. All tax documents, issued and printed from this solution, comply with new legislation (SAFT).

Solution

The solution covers all the company's business processes, from budgeting to controlling costs during the development of a project and final analysis of profit margins. All communications from a project, with clients (and final cost estimates) and suppliers (orders, payments and receipts) as well as control of payments and receipts and access to current accounts, are made from this solution.
